Michael first joined Business Dynamics RCM in 2010 in the billing department. He immediately excelled and in 2011 he was promoted to Billing Manager. After several years in his role, he was then promoted to the position of Client Operations Manager. Michael is currently attending Stony Brook University working toward a BS in Biology, while pursuing a CPC Certification.
In his role as Client Operations Manager, he is responsible to manage and protect the relationships between Business Dynamics RCM and our valued clients. Michael acts a customer service liaison, working diligently through outstanding issues to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction. He possesses a strong understanding of Business Dynamics RCM services, and communicates any and all service offerings to new and existing clients. Michael also coordinates with the other managers in developing best flow of practices and assists with staff training, presentations and meetings. His customer service driven attitude has contributed to the ease in which new and old clients communicate with the company.
